Castaway Cay – Disney’s Private Island

Castaway Cay Disney's Private Island in the BahamasDid you know that Disney has their own private island in the Bahamas? Only Disney ships stop at Castaway Cay making it uncrowded and private. I got a chance to spend the day here when the Disney Fantasy Cruise ship stopped here.

There are multiple kid areas. Two out in the water and a splash pad on land. There could be more, but these were the ones I saw.

Adults have their own area too. No kids allowed on this side of the island. Don’t make my mistake and walk over, it’s a long walk. Instead hop on the shuttle.

I don’t know about you, but after this trip I think I might be in the market for some Bahamas real estate!
