Hyatt Regency Bellevue near Seattle

hyatt regency bellevue I fell in love with the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Why? You ask. Well, it was the first time I’ve had a night away from my kids in about a year and it was glorious. When I found myself all alone, sitting in peace and quiet, eating the brownies they brought me at turn-down time, wearing the complimentary slippers and robe I almost cried. It may sound odd, but I was having the best time ever! First off, my room was huge and the wifi worked great. The average nightly rate for this room is $169, substantially less than a hotel in it’s class in downtown Seattle. Parking here costs about the same as the other hotels around Seattle, but they do offer FREE PARKING on Friday and Saturday nights.  I had an ultra-comfortable king Hyatt Grand Bed® fitted with luxurious linens over lavish pillow-top mattressesI

  • 732 guest rooms and suites ranging from a standard king to the 1,500 square-foot Chairman Suite

I enjoyed having a desk to work at, but loved having a sitting chair with an ottoman to relax in. Did I mention that the wifi worked flawlessly.IMG_5404.JPG I also did quite a bit of shopping right across the street at the Bellevue Collection aka the fancy pants mall with over 250 shops and eateries. I was able to walk over to the mall through their walkway system, meaning not in the cold and rain.

IMG_5406.JPG  I stayed extremely well feed throughout the entire visit! The room service menu was fantastic. At turn-down they brought me a plate of brownies I told myself not to eat all of them, but I did.

One of the hotel’s best features is the workout room! Complimentary access to 7,000 square foot fitness facility not to mention the heated 25 meter lap pool.
