PS ~ Happy Birthday to my lifelong best friend, Lindsey! You’re the best!
I tried the American Tye Dye cocktail tonight. I used Coco Lopez for the coconut cream and it dropped to the bottom of the glass where it promptly froze up from the ice. The drink is very tasty but there is no coconut flavor until the end of the drink and then, that’s all you get with a mouthful of ice. I really wish the coconut cream would stay on top. I made two of them and got the same results.
If you stir it up you will taste the coconut more.
