Things to do at AREA15
1. Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart
This immersive art experience takes shoppers on a journey through a world of whimsical products, hidden portals, and bizarre happenings. The shelves are stocked with everything from alien fruit to mind-bending snacks, all presented in a way that will leave you questioning what is real and what is not. They have two VR bird simulators and they are so much fun. I was laughing so hard I didn’t do so well. That’s Eden lying down playing the game. We all did the same course so we could compete against each other. I lost and Jonah won.
Illuminarium is an immersive tech-driven experience with an exclusive menu of infused spirits, offering visitors unique cocktails in a variety of flavors. From basil and blackberry rum and raspberry and mint tequila to Bloody Mary base vodka and sour cherry and strawberry brandy, all creations are made in-house with fresh fruit and herbs that batch for a minimum of 15 days before being served. In addition to cocktails, the space also offers infusion flights that allow visitors to sample up to six of the special flavors.
4. Dueling Axes
This unique attraction is bound to bring out your competitive spirit as you compete against friends or strangers to see who has the most accurate aim. It’s not only a fun activity, but it’s also a great stress-reliever (as long as you don’t accidentally hit your foot!). So, gather up your best mates and head on over to Dueling Axes for an axe-throwing experience that you won’t soon forget. And don’t worry if you’re not a seasoned ax-thrower, their experienced coaches will guide you through the process and make sure you’re a pro in no time.
5. Five Iron Golf
Whether you’re a die-hard golfer or just looking for a fun night out with friends, Five Iron Golf has got you covered. With state-of-the-art simulators and a great selection of food and drinks, you’ll feel like you’re on the green even if you’re in the middle of the desert. Get ready to show off your swing, enjoy some friendly competition, and have a blast at Five Iron Golf. After all, golf is a sport best played with a drink in hand!
6. Wink World
Wink World was super random and super loud. It’s a quick experience where you walk through six different rooms and a hallway. My kids are teenagers and college students so they were a little too old for this whimsical experience. I found it to be for kids 12 and under or adults that are tipsy.
7. Virtualis VR
The ultimate virtual reality experience at Area 15 in Las Vegas! Immerse yourself in a world of exhilaration and surrealism where you can soar through the clouds, battle zombies or even step into the shoes of a secret agent. The possibilities are endless! With state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology, you’ll be able to experience amazing visuals, opposable motion controllers and even haptic feedback. With Virtualis VR, the world truly becomes your playground and your imagination your only limit.

12. Kaia Handroll
Kaia Handroll at Area 15 in Las Vegas is a must-try. Their handrolls are packed with fresh ingredients like avocado, cucumber, and salmon, all wrapped up in a sheet of nori and served with a side of soy sauce. It’s the perfect snack for those on the go or for anyone who wants a flavorful meal without feeling weighed down. Their Japanese Caesar salad is excellent and the ubi cheesecake is great.
