 Set on 60,000 acres within Arizona’s Saguaro National Park in Tuscon, the sprawling ranch framed by the Rincon Mountains is the largest in the country. Master Chef Justin Macy (formerly of Miraval Resort & Spa) serves Southwestern cuisine such as heirloom bean casserole with acorn and butternut squash and chicken Tinga relleno paired with cilantro rice and charro beans.
