Chocolate Outrage Cookies Recipe

Makes 18 cookies 

Ingredients:

1 C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened 

¾ C sugar 

¾ C light brown sugar 

2 large eggs 

1 ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract 

2 ¼ C flour 

½ C old fashioned oats 

1 tsp baking soda 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp kosher salt 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

2 ½ C semi-sweet chocolate chips 

1 ½ C chopped walnuts (or your prefered nut)

1 ½ C chopped Oreos 

Chocolate Outrage Cookies

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper 

Using a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined and fluffy 

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, and cinnamon Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined 

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts and chopped oreos 

Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop out batter of the cookie dough onto the cookie sheets Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are a light golden brown Remove from oven and allow to cool
