Did you know that with a2 Milk® you can now enjoy ‘milk & cookies’ without tummy troubles! Including this cookie dough milkshake! I know what you are wondering. What the heck is a2 Milk®? Or at least that is what I was wondering when I heard about it for the first time. Here’s what you need to know:

  • a2 Milk® is pure farm fresh milk
  • The A1 protein is the culprit behind ‘Post-Dairy Digestive Discomfort,’ and currently in all conventional & organic milks on the U.S. market. a2 Milk® only comes from specially selected a2 cows, ‘the way mother nature intended.’

Heirloom a2 Cows & Family Owned Dairy Farms

Now, if we have ever gotten into a conversation about cows in real life you know I have some strong opinions about them. No, I am not joking and sometimes I even have photos of cows saved on my cell phone. I realize that this is not normal, but I’m from Texas, so whatever.

I love the fact that the a2 Milk® Company™ has partnered with U.S. family dairy farmers, including in upstate New York and the Midwest to expand the heirloom a2™herd. My dad lives in NY and for years we have watched the decline of American dairy farmers. I cannot explain enough how important it is to support US family dairy farmers. To find a location near you that sells this milk visit their a2 Milk® site.

Now, with a healthier milk option that won’t upset your stomach, I have made an outrageously unhealthy cookie dough milkshake! You’re welcome. cookie dough shake
