Bursting with flavor, Cuban Style Rice with fried eggs and bananas is a simple meal to create that the whole family will enjoy.
Have you been to Spain?
If you answered yes, then you know how incredible the food is over there!
I came home from Spain with a craving for more Spanish food. We visited Madrid and Barcelona and spent a lot of time eating. You may remember my post on Tacos in Madrid and my obsession with the Tacos Al Pastors I had in Spain! That’s how I found this cookbook. I was on the hunt for recipes for some specific things we ate while in Spain and after thoroughly searching I found this awesome cookbook!
Today’s recipe was inspired by this cookbook. I’ve tweaked it and made it easier from the original recipe. I know it’s Cuban, not Spanish, but oh well, it’s awesome regardless. I haven’t been to Cuba, so I can’t speak for whether or not it’s authentic Cuban style food or not. It’s quite possible that this a Cuban with a Spanish twist.
