Disney Epcot Copycat Mediterranean Journey Cocktail – Spice Road Table

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Peach Vodka
3 oz OJ, pulp-free
1 oz Peach nectar
1⁄2 oz Moroccan Simple Syrup

Moroccan Spiced Simple Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 cinnamon stick (broken into pieces)
3 cloves whole
1/2 cup crystallized ginger chips

Simple Syrup Directions:
In a small saucepan, add the sugar, water, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ginger chips.
Bring the mixture to a simmer on medium to low heat.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Allow the syrup cool.
Pour syrup through a strainer into a bowl to remove all the solids.
Cover and keep refrigerated.

Cocktail Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake to combine.
Pour into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish and enjoy
