This recipe for Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini was originally found in my post on the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney World.
It is hands down one of the best martinis I have ever had. It was so good, I came home and figured out how to make it! I do not even consider myself a martini kind of person, but if it’s a sweet martini I’m fully on board.
Plus, it’s made with vodka instead of gin. And not just any vodka, vanilla vodka. I think I could drink vanilla vodka in almost anything.
If you are a Disney lover be sure to check out the original post to see the super fun Mickey Mouse desserts they had.
