Out of all the places I went as a child there are very few I remember. One that I’ve always remembered clearly was the Fort Worth Water Gardens. I went here with my best friend Lindsey when we were probably 12 or 13 years old. So, I was excited to take my kids there when I found out it was across the street from our hotel the Sheraton Fort Worth.

The man made waterfall gardens were built in 1974 and they are a must see when visiting Fort Worth. The garden is large, but to a child it seems huge. They are found near the Fort Worth convention center at 1502 Commerce St, Fort Worth, TX 76102.IMG_6439.JPG
