Fun, Free or Cheap Weekend Activities

It’s the weekend again, which means once again families across America are looking for free activities or somewhat cheap activities to do.

There are many free or inexpensive activities that families can enjoy on the weekends. Here are some ideas:

Visit a local park

Many cities have parks with playgrounds, picnic areas, and hiking trails that are free to use.

Take a bike ride

If you have bikes, take a ride around your neighborhood or local bike path. This is a fun and healthy activity for the whole family.

Have a movie night

Rent a movie or find one on a streaming service and make some popcorn. You can also create a cozy atmosphere with blankets and pillows.

Play board games

Dust off some old board games or find some new ones to play as a family. This is a great way to spend quality time together.

Have a picnic
