Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios along Echo Lake you will find the Tune-in lounge a 1950’s cocktail lounge. Our favorite cocktail here is Grandma’s Picnic Punch. In fact, it was so good that I decided to come home and do my best to recreate it. Here’s my version of Grandma’s Picnic Punch cocktail.
Disney Grandma’s Picnic Punch
Yield: 18 oz glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Creme De Cassis
2 oz Pink Lemonade
3 oz Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Lemon, cherries, Mint,
Directions:
Fill the glass with ice.
In a bar shaker, add 4-5 pieces of ice, vodka, peach schnapps, creme de cassis, pink
lemonade, and pineapple juice.
Shake well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the glass.
Garnish and enjoy
