Ingredients

  • 14oz can of whole peeled tomatoes (reserve juice)
  • 1 large fresh jalapeรฑo, stem removed and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • chopped onions
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash produce before using.
  2. Place a small sautรฉ pan on medium heat and cook jalapeรฑo and garlic until slightly charred.
  3. Add all vegetables to a food processor and pulse to a coarse chop, adding the reserved juice.
  4. Salt to taste.
