When OrlandoVacation.com a family run business asked me to review their website and give an honest review I jumped at the chance, because we are actually headed to Orlando in a little over a month and so far I’ve done no planning. Granted, we used to live in Florida and went to Orlando a lot. I can get by with little to no planning based on previous experience.
I am a somewhat last minute person, so I was curious to see if they could still get me a good deal when I am less than 45 days out. Much to my surprise when I typed in our dates and started searching, I was more than pleased to see rates as low as $53 a night. $53 a night!!! There was even a hotel option within Disney World property for just $69 a night.
Not only did I find lots of affordable options in Orlando, they only require a $ 50 deposit to reserve the vacation home.
On our last visit to Orlando we stay in a 3 bedroom house with a pool and it was by far the best stay we have had in Orlando so far. But, it was a timeshare. Orlando Vacation.com is not a timeshare. 
Orlando Vacation has lots of houses for rent all with pools. The houses they have available are actually way nicer than where we stayed last year. The houses started at $109 for my search dates and there were tons to select from, which blew me away. All of the homes they rent have pools and are within a 15 minute drive of Disney World.
I decided to check a few other websites to see comparable rates. The first one I checked was VillaDirect. They did not guarantee it would be within 15 minutes of Disney, but I guess it didn’t matter because they had no homes available for our dates anyway.
I personally think it is important to be within 15 minutes of Disney World because Orlando is huge and the traffic is terrible at times. You do not want to end up sitting in traffic for an hour instead of having fun at the parks. Just getting onto Disney World property if you are staying across the street can take 30 minutes.
While I was pricing out a vacation package that included Universal Studios I noticed that they offer buy 2 day admission and get a 3rd day free! Unless you buy the line pass to bypass all of the lines at Universal Orlando you will need to spend at least 2 days there. They have packages available with tickets to Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal and many other Orlando attractions.
