Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge is one of the best breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas. It’s a little old school and super colorful.

I’ve finally found another breakfast restaurant in Las Vegas that I like just as much as Hash House A Go Go. It only took me 4.5 years! I do not know why it took me so long to discover this place, because apparently it’s been around forever and I have definitely drive past it a dozen times.

Peppermill Vegas

Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge - Las VegasIt’s Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge found along the strip between the Encore and Riviera hotels, caddie corner from Circus Circus. Update, they blew up the Riviera Hotel so that is no longer a good landmark! Instead, just use their address: 2985 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

The restaurant itself is absolutely adorable and so colorful. Even the sugar was colorful, as you can see in the photo. How cute is that?

They self describe it on their website as “Neon-lit lounge with romantic booths, fruity cocktails, elegant servers & flaming reflection pool.”.

As soon as I walked in I loved it. I know kids would love eating here too. I just love finding these one of a kind gems, what is left of classic Vegas. Peppermill Fireside Lounge has been serving food and drinks in Vegas for 40 years now, since December 26, 1972. The current menu still serves some of the original including the fresh fruit salad, French toast ambrosia and the famous Peppermill burger.

I ate here a few days ago with one of my best friends Ashlee. I was in Vegas for CES 2015 and we were trying to find somewhere to meet up that wouldn’t take me too far away from the area. This actually ended up being right near CES, so it worked out great. Plus, we lingered for a long time after we finished our meal and at no point were we rushed out by the staff.

The restaurant is large, so we didn’t have to wait to be seated and they didn’t try and hustle us out. Plus, they serve breakfast all day!

Eggs Benedict

I went with the eggs benedict. It was so yummy and had thick slices of ham on it. The cost was $13, which is excellent for Vegas. This restaurant is along the strip, but not inside one of the hotels. I think that is why it is so much more affordable then a lot of other places.

Ashlee kept it simple and went with the eggs and Canadian bacon. (not shown here is the large side of toast) I cannot remember how much her meal was, but I think it was cheaper than mine so $12 or less. Las Vegas breakfast

I am officially declaring Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge the 2nd Best Breakfast Restaurant in Las Vegas!

Oh, I almost forgot – their Bloody Mary’s are awesome. In fact, their Bloody Mary is so good I added it to my list of the Best Bloody Mary’s in Las Vegas!
