Portland Auto Show

The annual Portland Auto Show takes place at the Oregon Convention Center February 20-23. At the show you can see new cars, vans, crossovers, SUV’s, trucks, prototype vehicles, electric vehicles, luxury brands, customized vehicles, hot rods, classics, exotics, SEMA vehicles, super cars and commercial vehicles.

The all new Toyota Highlander Hybrid is one of the vehicles we are most excited to see. My buddy Nik from Our Auto Expert did a review of it:

Another car I am excited to see is the one that won car of the year, the Chevy Corvette. I got to drive one briefly at Heels and Wheels last year and it was super fun!

Test Drive Lots of Cars

You will be able to test drive over 45 vehicles from several EV’s to 2020 models from Volkswagen, Toyota, Subaru, and the performance line up from Ford. This is a great way to test drive multiple cars from different manufacturers quickly. Way quicker than going dealership to dealership. At each of the test drives, you will receive a complimentary gift for participating so don’t miss out on this free opportunity.

When you purchase one adult ticket on Sunday, February 23, 2020, you will receive free admission for your kids if they are 12 and under. On Family Day there will be mascots from several local sports teams like the Winter Hawks, Hillsboro Hops, Oregon Ducks and Thorns walking around. Plus, over in the kids zone there will be face painting, fake tattoos, balloon artists, and an inflatable slide

Possibly Win a Car

At the show you can enter to win a brand new 2020 Honda CR-V LX AWD. The car is given away by Metro Portland New Car Dealers Association in conjunction with the Pamplin Media Group. You can enter at the Pamplin Media Group exhibit for a chance to be one of four daily finalists with an opportunity to win the 2020 Honda CR-V LX AWD. On Sunday, February 23rd at 5:00 pm the four finalists will participate in the live New Car Giveaway event where one lucky winner will draw the key fob that opens the car.

Adults $15.00, 13 years and older, Senior $12.00, Military $12.00 with Military ID, Kids 7 to 12 years old $8.00, kids 6 and under are free.

You can find a $3.00 off adult admission coupon for Thursday and Friday until 3:00pm in the Pamplin Media Groups News Papers Wednesday, February 12th and Wednesday, February 19th and in the Portland Tribune Friday, February 14th. Photocopies will not be accepted.

Parking at the Convention Center garage is $15.00, standard street parking rates apply.

I enjoy exploring the world while creating adventures and memories with my family as we hike through cities and forests, climb boulders or mountains and splash in pools, fountains and lakes. We enjoy sampling flavorful local cuisine, finding the closest bookstore and searching for interesting artwork. I enjoy learning and sharing ideas that make things easier or healthier, especially when they use my favorite essential oils or whole foods. Our two curious and creative daughters inspire me to see things differently and it is fun to explore new places together.
