This savory Pumpkin hummus is the perfect snack or party appetizer during the fall. The best part, it’s easy and cheap to make.
Happy Fall Y’all! Sadly, it’s officially fall out here in rainy dreary Portland. To kick off fall, I made the kids a pumpkin-inspired treat, Pumpkin Hummus. It is super easy to make and cheap.
Pumpkin Hummus
Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
1 can chickpeas (15oz)
1 ½ C pumpkin puree
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Using a food processor, add your drained and rinsed chickpeas, pumpkin puree, salt, cumin, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.
