Sheraton Fort Worth

The Sheraton Fort Worth is an excellent place to stay in downtown Fort Worth in their recently renovated hotel, especially for families.

Recently, I spent 5 days in Fort Worth, Texas with kids and we stayed at the Sheraton Fort Worth. This hotel has been completely remodeled and it’s in a great location right downtown.

I do not usually start a hotel review with their pool and hot tub, but the Sheraton Fort Worth has an extra-large hot tub and an extra-large pool. I am sick and tired of staying at hotels with no hot tub and some sort of dinky pool that is barely large enough for my family to swim in. (You know what I’m talking about.) The pool here was so big I could have brought pool toys. So, remember when staying here with kids bring

Oh, and if that wasn’t good enough, they will deliver food to your poolside from their on-site restaurant. The Sheraton Fort Worth has an on-site restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Look at the lunch I had!! I also managed to try a few cocktails in the bar, all of which were excellent. I was with a group of gals that ordered drinks I’d never heard of and the bartender knew how to make all of them.

Sheraton Fort Worth Guest Rooms

The guest rooms are spacious. I feel that my pictures do not properly show off how roomy our room was. We had two queen beds each with the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed, two sitting chairs with ottomans, a huge desk, a dresser, and a massive tv!

All of their guest rooms just went through an update and feature FREE WI-FI! This was part of their multi-million dollar renovations and updates. From what I could tell all rooms have been updated. The conference rooms were also updated.

I do not have much to say about the bathroom. It was standard, but did have a bathtub, which in my opinion is a plus.

The closet was small, but good enough and it had a safe. You know how I feel about hotel security.

See a nice large desk with a nice large tv. Now, why do I care if the tv is big? Well, my son brings his gaming system with us. So, it’s a bonus to have a large tv that is new enough that you can hook up the latest and greatest gaming system too. (PS4) You will also notice the coffee machine. It makes a cup at a time and they stock their rooms with Starbucks coffee and liquid creamer. There is also a Starbucks and the 1st floor of the hotel.
