Sweet potato casserole is the perfect side dish if it’s done right. I got this recipe for sweet potato casserole 25 years ago from my great aunt Katie when I was working on Thanksgiving dinner one year. I personally do not like the more traditional one with the marshmallows. In my opinion, this is way better!
