This is an easy CrockPot swiss chicken recipe. I found the recipe through Pinterest and was quite please and what a tasty chicken dinner this turned out to be.

Pair it with a fresh salad or a tomato corn salad. I do not recommend serving it a side like mash potatoes because the stuffing is all the carbs you need.

Tips for making Crockpot Swiss Chicken

The chicken does not have to be frozen. However, if it is already thawed out it will cook much quicker.

If you do not want to use milk you could sub almond milk or white wine. The white wine will change the overall flavor, but it’s still very tasty.

If you do not have the cream of chicken soup on hand you can substitute cream of mushroom soup. Again, a change like this will change the overall flavor slightly.
