Update 7/15: I was just at Tivoli Village and they have moved the playground. It’s now located near the back of the buildings. They have also fenced it in, making it safer for families. It’s about twice the size it was originally. There are nice clean bathrooms right there next to the playground. Unfortunately, the splash pad and sand box are gone.

Tivoli Village is one of the newest shopping center in west Las Vegas out in the Summerlin area. Although the shops aren’t full yet, the playground is ready and open. Since I took most of my photos they’ve added shading. Now the majority of the playground is covered, thank goodness.

  • In Vegas always try to take your kids to a shaded playground when it is hot outside.
  • If that is not possible be sure and check the temperature of the plastic and metal slides before letting your kids play. They may be too hot to play on.

On Saturday’s there is a farmer’s market here. It usually includes a kid’s craft table where your child can make a little something for free.
