Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
I love Weight Watchers recipes even though I’m not actually in Weight Watchers. The older I get, the more I have to cut calories, especially after having a hysterectomy. When I was about 12 years old my mom lost over 100 pounds on Weight Watchers. One of the ways she was able to be successful was by making mostly Weight Watchers recipes for all of us. Lucky for me my mom gave me a couple of great weight watchers recipes including some dessert recipes. Here is one of my favorites from her, Weight Watchers Chocolate Muffins. It’s only 3 ingredients. How easy is that!

Are these regular muffin size or mini
I’m a little confused as to how these are 1.5 points for one. I made them into 24 muffins and I made them in a regular sized muffin pan. They weren’t quite as big as a normal muffin but I wanted to be sure to have 24 like the recipe stated. When I put the info into my points calculator for the dry cake mix, that alone without adding in the pumpkin yet is 2.91 points. I used a triple chocolate fudge cake mix which was one less points than devils food. When I put the info in for the devils food, it was 3.33 points per muffin.
This is from 2014. I don’t know if they do points the same way.
